From impactful experiences, Leonardo and Clariana found themselves in the need to found the Amare Institute aimed at the protection and well-being of children and adolescents.
Clariana was born in Rio Grande do Sul, in the city of Pelotas. She is a professor in the department of nursing at the University of Nevada, UNLV.
She is a registered nurse, Master of Epidemiology, Ph.D. in sciences from Universidade São Paulo, she was Postdoctoral in early childhood and mental health at Harvard University in the United States for 5 years.Today she is also one of Amare’s founders.
Clariana has worked for over 10 years as a nurse and researcher. Today she specializes in child development and early childhood. Clariana has international experience in research in the area of child development, parental mental health, and parenting in countries such as Pakistan, Tanzania, Brazil, Nepal.
Over the years of experience, Leonardo and Clariana have always seen that children need to be protected and thus began to offer knowledge of the best parenting practices for parents and couples.
