Look at what the ECA says: Art. 245 – Failing the doctor, teacher or person responsible for a health care and primary education establishment, preschool or daycare center to communicate to the competent authority cases of which they are aware, involving suspicion or confirmation of abuse against children or adolescents.
Penalty: fine of three to twenty reference salaries, double the amount applicable in case of repeat offense.

2) “Preventing Child Abuse – Amare” – Basic
We offer a 40-minute course with basic concepts, in addition to access to recorded lectures from monthly doubt sessions, available at any time.
This course is available for a monthly cost of R$100,00 per school and/or institution as part of an annual package. This offer is especially suitable for those looking to implement a solid child abuse prevention policy in their organizations.
For the monthly subscription option, without a full year commitment, the cost is R$200.00.
3) “Preventing Child Abuse – Amare” – Premium
The Course covers 40 minutes of fundamental concepts, and offers the opportunity to participate in a monthly online meeting to clarify doubts and interact with professionals specialized in Abuse Prevention.
This course is available for a monthly cost of R$250,00 per school and/or institution, with the option of an annual package.
For the monthly plan, without the need for an annual commitment, the cost is R$400,00.
This option is perfect for those who want to implement a solid child abuse prevention policy in their organizations.
